Sargent Art 22-7294 Folding Pack Pencils, 52 Different Colors, and Metallics

This past year, I began coloring for fun again. I wanted to get something decent quality and affordable. I stumbled across the Sargent 52-piece Colored Pencil Set and after reading good reviews, decided to purchase. The variety of colors is great for beginners. The folding organizer pouch it comes in is great to keep colors in your preferred order and to easily view your next choice. The only downside I found was the lead on one of the pencils was shot...I attempted to sharpen multiple times with no luck. Overall, this is a great starter set!

These are very nice pencil crayons. Lots of different colors and then there are Metallica colors which are vibrant and rich especially the violet metallic one. I did not keep the fold out holder but now wished I had. There seems to be no comfortable storage for all of my pencil crayons. I only color for a few minutes at a time usually. So I have to leave them all out on my desk or packing them up after every use.. the actual pencils seem a tiny bit slimmer than the ones I am used to. All in all, great for casual use.

They’re not the softest, but they blend well, lay pigment down, and get the job done! Also LOVE the color options in the box. They sharpen really well too, don’t break easy or anything.

Brilliant! The pencil lead is soft, smooth and blendable. The colors are perfect, although I do wish there were some more softer colors. Otherwise I highly recommend for your coloring and/or art projects!
