I purchased the 1 Kg Turmeric Powder from Old India and I’m very happy with the quality. The colour is rich and vibrant, which is usually a good sign of freshness and purity. The aroma is strong and earthy, and you can really taste the difference when cooking compared to cheaper turmeric powders. I’ve used it in curries, rice dishes, and even for turmeric milk, and it blends well without clumping. The flavour is warm and natural — not bitter or dusty like some low-quality turmeric. The large 1 kg pack is also excellent value, especially if you cook regularly or use turmeric for health purposes. Packaging was secure and kept the powder fresh. No moisture, no lumps, and the texture is fine and smooth.
