Once upon a time, I had my earlobes stretched to 3/4. I had taken them out to let them shrink a few years ago. They obviously never fully closed and I am following the urge to re-stretch them to their former glory. These 0 gauge tapers slid in smoothly and both sets of plugs were comfortable. I did lose one of the single flared metal plugs during my first night of sleep but I believe that to be user error. I think these are great for someone planning on staying at this size for some time. I did not consider the that the quantity might be too many for someone planning on sizing up rather rapidly.
