O'Neill Women's Slasher Comp Vest

I ordered a size 12 based on the chest measurements 38-40 and vest fits good around the bust but is a bit loose up high in both the front and back. For this reason I may order the 10 to see if these extra gaps go away. I bought to wing foil and maybe also when I kite surf and am assuming that it will loosen a bit when wet so I don’t want a lot of extra space or the vest to ride up. I do wear a wet suit so that might make a difference also. But my initial assessment is that the size chart is pretty accurate so not sure why other reviewers were surprised by the fit. I’ll post another review if I end up ordering the 10 for comparison. For reference I am 5’5”, 150# and 34DD with athletic build. My chest measurement is 38” so on the low end of the size 12 and high end of the size 10. Also for kiteboarders you can fold up the bottom which should make enough space to wear a seat harness.

Nice but … We sized down two whole sizes to get one of these to fit. Not sure why their sizing is so far off but apparently full grown (skinny) adults need to shop for children’s life vests.

Rides up a bit. I suggest to get one size bigger than usual

Just what I was looking for. The fit is comfortable with a good stretch to put it on and then a secure fit. Also it is light and not too thick so you easy to wear for long periods of time. Definitely satisfied with purchase.

Love non bulky fit for paddle boarding and jet skis. Fit is a bit snug but works. I always wear small and probably Should have ordered medium.

Love the look of it but it runs very small. I typically wear a sz 4 but ordered a 6 and it was tight.

I got this for wingfoiling since I already smashed my sternum on the rail. Men's sizes don't fit. This is a women's large which fits snugly across my back maybe rides a bit high in the shoulders, but it is comfortable and feels like a regular wetsuit. I purposely avoided getting the brands with a buckle as I have to get up on the board and a buckle would get in the way.

Does NOT OFFER the needed protection… my daughter was at camp this week… I was called to bring another life vest as she was sinking at pool time… taking so much water that had to be removed from pool. Not a product you can trust… seller could have the potential of a law suit. Will return!
