Playlist: The Very Best Of Meat Loaf

It's a good selection of his oldies and newer ones, but I think I prefer the original Bat Out of Hell album. They both have live versions of "Bat Out of Hell" on them, but the one on the original album is better. It is interesting to hear how his voice was in the 70's all the way through the 2000's. Such an icon!

What can I say other than the fact that I've always loved Meat Loaf's music. This CD has his top hits as well as some that I haven't heard. "Two out of Three..." has always been one of my favorite songs and now I can hear it whenever I want. This is one of my "kitchen cds" as that is my "chilling room" and of course where all the cooking goes on. Pleasant to listen to, as I have a mounted CD player there. The man had a lot of talent.

I was never into Meatloaf much but he did have some good songs I liked. This was perfect for me and the price was right

A good collection and had my favorites, but I was a bit disappointed when I realized it had a few live recordings. Some people may like this, but I prefer the clarity of studio recordings.

If you are a huge fan, it’s a great CD.

This was a surprisingly good collection of songs by Meat Loaf. At $4.99, you can't go wrong.
