Brought for my 14 year old ASD son for when he's upset/stressed and or angary he takes one to school as a fidget toy. And he loves them. Uses them a lot

Soft ergonomic grip makes it comfortable. Only issue is the adjustment is analog so it is difficult to be sure you are having the same tension on both sides.

The media could not be loaded.  Had these for a month now and have not been let down. Sometimes these sorts of hand grips loose their spring strength by now but these have been fantastic.Great for doing reps on both hands at the same time 😁

Pro:- Good range of force from easy to hard but doable.- QuietNeutral- Fairly comfortable but can get uncomfortable using it for a long time.Con:- The maximum force was not quite the same for the 2 of them- Broke in less than a year of less than daily use (Piece that holds the spring to the adjustment screw snapped)

So I’ve been using this anywhere between 3-5 times a week and doing 3 sets of 20 reps. In the last week I’ve maxed out at 60kg.I can tell you they work because yesterday I tested out on a co-worker who is a gym freak and is very strong at lifting weights. He couldn’t match me, this isn’t a boast more to show they will help build strength in your hands, wrists and forearms.They’re very durable as I’ve used them for over 6 months straight, easy to use and very effective. Yet it’s hard to see what weight your doing it at utility you max out.

I tried these before I gave them to my gym mad son.They were really comfortable and the fact that you can adjust them is great.My son is 15 and he’s super into the gym, he’ll be able to use these for years because they seem really durable and you can adjust them resistance as you get stronger.Don’t think I’ll use them again but defo get 5* from my son.
