The Mirage series by Uncle Mike's is a great step up from nylon duty-gear. It offers great durability, light weight, and a significant return on investment. As an added bonus, you won't get the "Summertime Stank" associated with leather duty gear getting sweaty and/or wet. The folks that wear body armor daily know exactly what I'm talking about... I switched to the Mirage gear this year, and have not looked back.The mag holders are great, just a little stiff out of the box, and require some break-in for the mags to come out cleanly, though this retention is also a bonus if things get exciting on-shift. The tension is adjustable via the velcro strap on the inside of the thumb break.The user has the option of vertical or horizontal mounting to the duty-belt. The mag holder fits well on my Mirage duty-belt - as it should - and should be good up to 1.75" - 2.00" belts.I rely on this equipment like my life depends on it - because it does.

Good so far but needs some breaking in. It works great without the protective flaps, but unfortunately, they are attached with velcro on the inside of the magazine holder, which makes for a tight squeeze on my G17 mags. I can still get them out, but I would prefer a little less retention, especially if I need to change mags in a hurry. I'm hoping that this problem will solve itself when the holder gets broken in.

I use it for Glock 22 .40 double stack 15 round mags. It is a great item. The straps are adjustable by attaching on the inside with Velcro, which is a good solution, I guess, but I might consider epoxying them in place. That's the only feature that I'm not crazy about, but It's better than it not fitting my mags. Mags fit very tightly, but go in and out quickly. Looks very sharp.

Ive had this mag holder for almost a year. They hold well look good and have not had any problems. Using them for Glock 22 .40Cal

Love the way it looks. I carry .357 sig rounds and both magazines fit just fine.

I have double stack 10 rnd M&P .45 magazines in there. They fit quite snug but do draw out cleanly after you break this in a little. When worn horizontal on the belt, there is a little separation of the two mags but no comprimise of the leather.

This can mount horizontally or vertically. The latch is adjustable to accommodate extended mags. Very satisfied.

This is an awesome product, the snaps are adjustable, and fits perfect on your duty belt
