Excellent product. All metal and extremely easy to install. Looked in the big box stores and everything felt cheap and lots of plastic. Could tell it wasn’t good quality. This faucet is well built, excellent quality and looks real nice

We purchased the 1st Gen in black/stainless two-tone. I thought the sprayer would pull out, but it does not. The hose the sprayer is on stops at the spring. This means I can't get the sprayer down into the sink easily because the faucet is so tall. I love everything about this faucet except that.Installation was fairly straightforward, hand tighten the main ring under the sink and then two screws tighten it the rest of the way.This thing is built like a tank and is absolutely beautiful. I wish I could give a long-term review, but we've only had it installed about a week and will be returning since the sprayer doesn't pull out.

This is easily the most beautiful kitchen faucet I have ever owned. It also works better than any I've used. The faucet is the first thing guests remark about when they see my recently remodeled kitchen. I was reluctant to purchase such a large faucet for my very small galley kitchen but it fits the large sink perfectly. I see complaints about the inability to pull the sprayer down into the sink and that it causes excessive splashing, however this is not a problem when used correctly. The water volume and pressure is infinite so lower pressures do not splash, yet does a fantastic job of rinsing dishes and the sink. I cannot comment about the sprayer magnetic seat removing paint on the sprayer but I cautiously guide the sprayer into it's seat. I will update this review if this seems to be a problem. I can safely say I highly recommend this product.

First off, this was a beautiful faucet. No issues at all for the first year. Once a year mark hit, the finish started to wear. We have had this faucet just two years now and as you can see the finish has warn off at the magnet interaction. Speaking with the warranty team at Kraus, the finish is ONLY covered for the main faucet and not the sprayer. The sprayer itself is not lifetime. I can understand this for the cartridge and other moving parts, atlhough the finish was unexpected. Here is the warranty blurb from their site : "Kraus warrants the Faucet's sprayhead assembly (including the engine, aerators, structure, restrictors, back flow preventers, sprayer hoses, braided supply line hoses which encompasses nylon, silicon and stainless steel) of the product to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal usage for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase."Buying a product like this and only having it last one year isnt acceptable and for them not to stand by is unacceptable. In addition, it has been leaking as well for the past 6 months. Started out small and now your are forced to relieve the pressure in the sprayer to ensure it wont continue to leak. Overall, be cautious in your purchase.

I like the design. After using it for a couple of years, the sprayer started to leak. This is a bad QC issue on the materials used. I could not find a replacement faucet that would fit, so I reached out to the manufacturer. I was very happy that they replaced it for me! I would recommend ordering from them, as they seem to stand behind their products. We have noticed some wear on the finish, but I think that is to be expected. Overall, we are happy with this purchase.

When I bought this fixture, I was replacing one that looked exactly like it that I had paid less than half of the price for. Well....you get what you pay for. This faucet is fabulous. I have more water pressure, the head pulls out so that I can reach ALL of my sink, it is heavy duty and a work of art. It is beyond beautiful, as well. I can't tell you how pleased I am with my purchase. The fixture is heavy and such quality. The design is cutting edge. My overall feel is I will have this faucet for many years to come. And by the way, the Chinese faucet that broke and started spilling water out the middle like a fountain lasted about 18 months.

I did a tremendous amount of research before buying this faucet for my new kitchen. I learned a great deal about faucets in general (probably more than I wanted to!) and know that I made the right choice. This faucet is built to last, versatile and sturdy. It felt solid coming out of the box and not a plastic piece in sight! It is just the right height and the hand spray feature is a hoot and so much better than the cheesy sprayer to the side featured in standard faucet set ups. The counter area is neater looking, contained, no more worrying about the sprayer tube getting caught up under the sink. If I had one critique it would be that the spigot arm (not the sprayer) is just a little too short so that when rinsing something under it water tends to splatter onto the counter at the base of the faucet, but that minor inconvenience isn't something that would deter me from highly recommending this faucet. Worth every penny.

We ordered the black and silver and absolutely love it. It looks very nice and we have received a lot of compliments on it. We never see water spots so it always looks clean. The first one we ordered had a leak so we contacted the manufacturer. Since we had registered it, they looked at the issue and determined we needed a full replacement - free of cost. Great customer service

The sprayer is stuck on now, we don't have hard water what so ever. 20ppm water, maximum. Not happy, had a cheap moen faucet for 8 years before this started happening with same water, this faucet costs triple that one, and lasted 3 months! Not happy at all, Amazon 1 month return should be extended with this type of item, or they should have an option for warranty instead of pushing the pain in the but on to us...
