UltraSource Butcher Knife, 10" Straight Blade

This knife is a good quality knife for the price. It is well made with quality materials and craftsmanship.It's just as good or even better than the 50 dollar knives of this design. They are all made in China anyway.It came razor sharp, cuts and handles well.Don't know how it will hold and edge ( staying sharp ), I haven't had the knife long enough to tell yet, Iwill let you know. So far, I'm satisfied with this kitchen knife and if it's keeps it's edge for a reasonableamount of time, this knife is worth every penny...

It's very nice, crazy sharp, good handle, good ergonomics, works great, very well made, it's a little prone to catch rust if you don't take proper care, but that is not a problem, it's just a comment to the people that don't give the basic maintenance to their tools and expect them to self maintain. I har may be all knife modelsand tools from UltraSource and I can say that I'm very happy with them, I actually replace all my previous butcher knifes, sharpening steels and sheaths with this brand.Great knife, I totally recommended.

I am trying different styles of knives because my hand and wrist are not as strong as they use to be. This knife is satisfactory so far. They are not forshner/victornox, but they do the job and cost 1/2 -1/4 as much.

This an excellent product. I work in a Meat department and a couple of the butchers recommended this knife, and I was not disappointed! I will be buying more! Great customer service as well.

My wife is in the seafood business and she loves the handle and strength of the blade. As well as the way it cuts.

These knives are purpose built industry tools, not ornaments. If this is what your looking for buy them, they work hard and efficient and perform as good as knives get at any price.
