Go up a size or two for this cap
It provides good protection when welding. Be sure to go up a size or two. I bought one size up and was glad I did because It fit nice and snug. Had I bought my exact size, it would've been too small. My welding helmet fits nicely over it and doesn't sliding or move when wearing this cap.

Comfy, keeps the slag off my head.I'm glad that I ordered the largest one I could find, this might be slightly undersized. Normally I'm a 7-5/8, but the 7-3/4 I ordered is perfect.

Actually fits my big head :)
Fits my head and does its job of keeping the spark and splatter off my scalp. Size of 7 3/4" it is (but I have not washed it yet so I do not know if it will shrink).
