I bought this, basically for the banner. Made a birthday cake for a runner and used the banner as the finish line. Very cute. I did have to put the banner together, but it was no problem. Saved the other accessories for future cakes.

There were many pieces included in this order. I thought the rainbow was nicely done, just a little small. The banner seemed to require too much effort, so I left it off of the cake.
