I would have given this a five star, but if you have the sleeve off, and it's dropped, every bit goes flying. Writing is a little small also, but I am 52, so maybe it's my eyes! 🤔Solid! Feels good in your hand. Magnetized.

The product itself is wonderful. But the customer service is amazing as well.The tiny magnet inside my driver broke and I was unable to find a suitable replacement. I contacted the company and they said they would send me a new one. I waited for a tiny magnet to arrive but instead they sent me a brand new 42 in 1 set. Much more than I had hoped for.

So let me start by saying I don't often leave reviews. I had some broken headphones and needed some small tools to open them up and attempt to play geek squad. This item shipped fast, is well constructed, has a TON of interchangeable screwdriver tips, and the metal separator and tweezers were a game-changer. You press the button and the capsule opens to reveal all your pieces. Press another button at the top and your screwdriver pops out of the bottom which is incredibly satisfying. There are even pictures above each bit to tell you what it is so you don't have to pull out each ine and look at the tip. I honestly don't know why this is so cheap but now my headphones are fixed and I'm buying more to give as Christmas gifts.
