Love this swim shirt. My 6 month old is 20lbs and I ordered an 18mos. It's big on him so I think it's true to size.

I loved that this was easy on his skin. He didn't mind wearing this and he usually doesn't like some textures. It was great for being out in the sun. I would recommend this shirt for other little ones for sun protection. It arrived fast too.
