This product was recommended to me by a friend who is currently using it while they are working out 2hrs 3x weekly and studying for their Nutritionist Licensing Exam.Pro: Works as intended. In fact, I use 1/2 of a scoop to enjoy the benefits as a pre-workout. 1/4 scoop for when I have to be physically active for a day without going to the gym. 1/8th of a scoop instead of coffee in the Morning.Nootropic-wise: I have *scratches* had all-natural Nootropics for a Brain Boost. 4 different bottles for Agility, Focus, Memory, et. cetera. They were all from one all-natural brand using different extracts. The total cost was easily double the cost of 'Brain Blitz.' I get the same benefits from this product all-in-one. I'm grateful for that.Con(s)?: Yes, you can get a slight 'tingling' sensation and 'skin flush' after drinking it. The amount you take causes the variance in duration of the tingling and skin flushing. My reaction time is roughly 10-30 minutes.I've experienced this with many Pre-Workouts so it really isn't that much of a Con.Doesn't 'fully' dissolve and has a gritty last 10%. Normally, that's not a 'huge deal' but I noticed that when I stir it there's a film leftover on the stirring implement as well as a small deposit in the bottom of my glass or bottle.My Advice: After receiving the product, I recommend taking the scoop out and shaking the container for a good 2-5 minutes to break up any clumps inside. Enjoy!I came here to reorder and found that they are 'out of stock.' Seems like every great product ends production or everyone rushes to buy it. Next time, I am stocking up!

I’ve been taking Brain Blitz for several months and couldn’t be happier! It’s a perfect amount of pre-workout stimulus without the jitters and no crash. I feel good post workout and stay focused hours after. Great product!

Good customer service and timely delivery. Was hoping for some more of the “increased focus” of the nootropics. Does not feel a ton different than a normal pre-workout. Good taste though and mixes well.

Personally I love the flavor because it doesn't taste bad and isn't too strong and the effects that it had on me were awesome. I had a lot of energy to where I was working out for 2 hours everyday.

Have tried the brain blast pre workout in both flavors and they did not disappoint! It gave great focus that lasted through my workout and even after. Sometimes I use it just to focus on work. 10/10. You have to try.
