Really easy to use
I used these to hang lights in my shop on the beams at the 24ft peak. They were very easy to install, and even worked on the angle where the beams make a peak. I used them on 4 inch I-beams and they worked perfectly. They come with very long bolts for wider applications so I replaced the bolts with shorter ones although it would have worked fine with the original ones. I just didn't want the excess bolt hanging out. My lights are very light, but these could be used to hang just about anything. Strong 1/4" steel and well made.

Easy Install, Great Price!
I was worried this wouldn’t fit but it fit over my basements massive I-beam and has an 80 lbs heavy bag hanging. No issues whatsoever, easy to install and holds up no problem! A great price point to help you hang your heavy bag especially compared to other alternatives

works great! Easy to install
I am easily able to hang a heavy bag from an I-Beam in my basement. It has worked perfectly. It was extremely easy to install. I almost bought another similar product that cost $99.00 but decided to give this a try at such a cheaper price. VERY HAPPY!

Suited my needs perfectly.
The media could not be loaded. Perfect for a heavy bag. I took another reviewer’s suggestion and put a piece of plastic tubing over a shorter bolt. In the pic, I have it coming down through a dropped ceiling panel and put some foam around to fill the opening and reduce noise. Very little noise in the video with that setup.

Purchase for Heavy Bag
We added a heavy bag to our home gym, and used this product to hand the bag from the I beam. It is a very, very simple installation process (other than holding the 80 lb bag and placing the hooks.) Works very well, and with the separately purchased spring, the hand depth is perfect for our needs. We had a problem, this was the solution.

Great clamp for I beams
Perfect solution for hanging a punching bag from an i beam. I have a large I beam in the garage and this was an easy and elegant solution. It holds a 100 pound bag no problem. Super easy to install!

Little noisier than traditional straps, but much sturdier
I went through two straps which wrapped around my I-Beam in our basement. After about 1500 punches on the bag, the straps would wear and eventually give out. I decided to give this a shot, and it has held up great. The only complaint that I have is that the screw that the hook swings on will squeak quite a bit while in use.
