OK testing connector that you can open up and make your own connection because it’s a VGA 15 pin. It’s like a nine pen deep DBDB9 connector but this is a 15 pin for like a VGA connector but I don’t use it for a VGA I use it for the sub equipment that I work on that uses that connector and I need to be able to extend it out and wire it up for external alarms and this works perfect absolutely perfect. I couldn’t have dreamed it any better actually I don’t even dream about this kind of stuff, but if I did dream about it, I would be dreaming about this type of connector that I could use.

Excellent. I needed this for a quick RGB to VGA adapter for my Sharp X1G computer. There's room in the hood for my resistors and wiring, but it still looks good.

These connectors are real time savers and work perfectly.

The terminal block is a great idea, but it only works if the pins were made better. The pins are such thin cheap crap that several of them broke off on the first use. The terminal block is too big and makes the end too big to fit most applications. Trim down the terminal block size and make the pins a little stronger and it might be a decent product.

Worked just great for my project

The pair of solar inverters we installed needed the control wires run in conduit to meet local electrical code. You can't pull VGA connectors through conduit so we couldn't use the supplied pre-molded cables and it was too short in any case. I purchased some 16 core 22 AWG wire and used these to create field connected male ends. It was a bit tricky but I am a comms engineer and used my telco wire strippers and tools to connect them as shown. I like the fact they give you a range of 4 cable diameter glands and the quality is pretty good. I have edited this and reduced my star rating as I bought more of these and they appear to have changed the design and quality. Both plugs arrived with bent pins before I even tried to connect them and it was not difficult to understand why. When I tried to straighten them I discovered the pins are hollow and as thin as tin foil. I am a trained technician and by gently repositioning the pins I could realign them by pushing them into a female cable connector. However one of them wasn't quite aligned vertically and a slight push caused the silver plug outer wall to crumple as it too is as thin as tinfoil. I managed to straighten it but these are now terrible quality and I would not recommend them for robust field connections.
