The Sofa quality is extremely good, the artificial leather and the solid wood quality is also very good. The recliner mechanism works perfect. The sofa is very very comfy to use and especially the back rest is very cushioned. Sitting on this Sofa and watching a TV is super comfy. Highly recommend Sofa for perfect quality leatherette Sofa. Just go for it!

Have been posting my review after 2 months of use age.Have bought recliner with revolving function for my parents and up till now it works perfectly fine. It’s a leather so it gets a bit warm during summer would request wakefit to add more options like cloth finish to it .Have looked for other recliners also before buying this one and had found some really cozy and comfortable recliners but either they were costly or some lacks revolving function.Wakefit recliner is same as it is shown in pictures and the service and delivery is also really good. It could have been more comfortable though but cant find this amount of comfort in this price range.Have been using other wakefit products also for a long time and can definitely say wakefit is a good company providing good products at affordable price.✌🏻

Packing was worst. The box was 75% damaged, but somehow the recliner was fine. No damage or scratches on the recliner. Working very well. Would have given 5 star if they used a better packing.

Warranty and After-Sales Service is a JokeWhen you buy an expensive recliner, you expect at least basic after-sales support — but here, the warranty and service have been utterly useless. Despite multiple reminders, follow-ups, and escalation attempts, the manufacturer failed to resolve my issues. Their commitment to “customer satisfaction” is just empty words with no action to back it up.2. Original Issue – Stitching and Alignment DefectThe first complaint was raised way back in December 2024, within just a few weeks of purchase. The recliner had stitching problems and a serious alignment defect. The service team made four separate attempts to fix it, but the problem remained unresolved. Finally, they agreed to replace the product, but even this process was a nightmare.I was informed that a new recliner would be dispatched from Bangalore to Gurgaon, and that it would take at least 18 days. However, instead of a proper replacement, they hurriedly delivered another defective piece within just 2 days — this time with a faulty reclining mechanism!3. False Promises and Ticket ManipulationSince we were not available at home when the replacement was delivered, the manufacturer cleverly asked us to close the original complaint and register a new one — with a promise that they would resolve the defect once we returned. This, in hindsight, was just a tactic to close the issue without truly addressing it.4. Warranty Denial and ExcusesNow that we are following up, the manufacturer is shamelessly refusing to cover the defect under warranty, giving a range of baseless excuses. They are completely disowning their product’s failure and leaving us stranded with a defective recliner that we paid full price for.5. Final Thoughts: Painful 5-Month OrdealTo anyone considering buying this recliner: please think twice.• The so-called “warranty” means nothing.• The “after-sales service” is pathetic — non-responsive, manipulative, and utterly careless.• You are on your own once you make the purchase.The emotional frustration, wasted time, and constant chasing I’ve endured over these five months have been beyond stressful. This experience has completely shattered my trust in this brand. I would strongly advise anyone looking for a recliner to look elsewhere — where customer service is taken seriously and warranty commitments are honored.

This Wakefit recliner surpassed all my expectations and is still in good condition after one year of rigorous use. It is very comfortable, the rocking mechanism is sturdy and is a favourite of all my guests.

The wakefit recliner was a big surprise when it landed in my house. Beautifully packed and reassemble un 5 mins flat. Amazed at the overall aesthetic beauty,eye pleasing design ,ease of reclining movement and ease of moving it around..One word of caution though.You will tend to fall asleep the moment you end up being comfy in their padded up backrest . All in all a beautiful cost effective Product supported byna Good caring customer service and of course the icing on the cake -- A three year wArranty ( should one need it) . To share a truth ,there is a competition going on in my house as to who can plonk himself on the Recliner the most. In short using the tag line of McDonald's--+ *I'm Loving it*

The media could not be loaded. I have bought this before two months! It's the best buy and budget friendly. You can't find any recliner in this price with this quality.Outstanding product with awesome material and Color. Delivery is taking one month, production takes time.I wish they should speed up the delivery and also it's not available in Every areas, only in metros you can get. I bought and sent it to hometown.This much good product, if available in so many areas, people will buy more and get benefited. So they should think about expanding their delivery range of this product.Product wise, it's awesome. No doubt! Noice product!

It has been a good product concerning comfort and resting. We use it for relaxing and preferred by my wife and son. On long usage I tend to get back pain, then I use an additional back support pillow to suffice it. My son aged 10 use it like a recliner bed.
