Moved into our first home and the oven and hob were basically condemned so we needed something in between removing the old gas appliances and getting electric ones installed. This hob is fantastic, induction works great - heats up instantly, turns down instantly, and cools quickly when switched off. Doesn't use much in the way of electricity to run so very economical. Easy wipe clean and it looks nice as well. I think I only had two very old pans that didn't work on it - as long as you have reasonably new pans that are magnetic you won't need to get "special" pans for it (use a fridge magnet on your pan to test, if it sticks, they pans will work). Well worth the money!

Bought this whilst we had the kitchen renovated. It has worked well with no issues so far ( 4weeks). Planning on taking ingredients it with us on camping trips to save on gas.

Haven't used my gas hob since buying this. It costs far less to use and is clean. I also haven't burned anything since using this since the timer stops me leaving it on too long.The only thing I'd change is if I was buying it again, I'd get the one with the turning controls instead, although the rocket fast heat is very useful and is not available on that other one.I also thought it would be faster to heat water but it takes around 3 minutes on maximum on the more powerful ring to heat for a mug of tea. But my kettle is not specifically made for induction although it works on it. My pans that specify use for induction are very fast for everything. So I think maybe my kettle is only just magnetic enough and not super induction compatible like the pans. I am still really happy to use it.It's super easy to keep it clean and looks fantastic, and it is very easy to get used to using it.Even though it only has 2 rings, I have not used my 4 ring gas hob since, and the 2 rings I am doing everything that I used to use the gas for.I've had it for at least a couple of months now, and had no problems at all with it.

My son has moved out and is currently residential during his apprenticeship and although they do provide meals, he likes to cook his own sometimes so wanted a small hob for such occasions.This is compact and can be moved on and off the work surface easily so it doesn't always take up that space when not in use. I ran him through how to use it and it's surprisingly easy and heats up really quickly as well as the fact he can either use temperature or power adjustments which is a nice boost.I have tried the child setting which works, but a bit pointless in this situation and i personally wouldn't use a timer as i like to be in control at all times, but it being there is a nice add on.

Used for b&b so far no complains from guest so guessing it works well...

For that price its a very good choice. Heat very quick, very easy to clean.Bought with lightning deal.Shame its only 1 year warranty.

This works really well and very happy that it's cool to touch and heats water up very fast. Easy to use

Downgraded to a small apartment with no stove to save money for a future home and we bought this to cook thing works like a charm boils water so fast and easy to manage. 10/10

We use this top in our basement kitchen when we decide to make Mac and cheese or ramen, or anything really. Great for keeping cheese dip warm if you don’t want to take your whole crockpot and accoutrement with you.It’s beautiful too. We could leave it on the counter if we had to, but once we’re done cooking, we let it cool for 10 minutes, and it slides right into a wide drawer, so we have more counter space.Portable, lightweight, pretty enough to leave out all the time, but super simple to store away.It’s perfect!
