Surprised at how well these work. Need to be careful when lifting away from whatever your're writing or drawing so a not to leave a little trail, otherwise fun and easy to use. The tubes soften quickly in warm water, then your design hardens quickly once applied. If you make a mistake the hardened candy can be lifted off. These are very handy and actually taste good, too.

I’ve ordered these every Christmas for a gingerbread decorating party. This year we went to open them on the day of the party only to find they are ROCK HARD and unusable!!! Such a disappointment for the kids and not refundable!!! Super disappointed.

Just the right finish to candy making and dipped pretzels. Just little it of a learning curve when heating up he tube to soften the chocolate colored pens in order to squeeze the tube but after a few practice attempts, it was fine. Follow directions and your decorating will come out great.

They work amazingly the only thing is they come hard and you have to run them under hot water to loosen them. That wouldn't be so bad but they harden very quickly after as well...

After allowing the tubes to sit in hot water several minutes, we tried to use and clumpy. Repeated hot water and kneaded the tubes. Flowed OK for a cookie or 2 them clumpy and clogged. Kepp using hot water and kneading, same results. Can't imaging using these for precise candy decorating lines. Tasted great, however, but I wouldn't buy again.

We used these for a birthday cake and for decorating Easter cupcakes. They were easy to use, and the kids had a great time with them. If they harden up, you just put them in a glass of hot water for a minute or so, and they are ready to go again.

Used with candy molds. Amazed all my family and friends. Looked professional, but easy for a novice to use.

The flavors were hard and would not come out of the tube. I was unable to use it and I can not receive a refund for it. DO NOT BUY!!!! Also, I tried rating this item the lowest that I could but the website keep making me choose a higher rating.

Brilliant for decorating cupcakes or cake pops. I use it to decorate Easter cakes with a 7 year old. She had no problem using it. Some reviews said it was hardening to fast for kids to use, but after initial melting in very hot water I set them in a cup of not so hot water and she was taking them from there are she was working on her cupcakes - we had lots of fun with them.
