Great quality B12 supplement. We all need a little extra B12 these days, I’ve been vegan for 13 years and know how crucial this supplement is for our health. It’s also important to have one that can dissolve in your mouth vs a capsule because in order for it to be absorbed properly it needs to bind with your saliva. Great quality and value.

As with all NOW brand supplements I take, I am very pleased with this! It’s a great price, too. Sometimes I will let it melt under my tongue and sometimes, if I’m in a hurry, I will chew it. It tastes great and is a very small pill. I have had no side effects. I highly recommend them to everyone!

Bottle is small aswell as the pills and you can just chew it and swallow. It's like travel sized. Such a convenient form factor. Requires a bit lf chewing or it will take a long time to dissolve.

It takes 20 minutes to melt under your tongue but worth it. My doctor told me that doing it this way assures maximum absorption. I take B12 for anemia and it’s helps with my sciatica also. Those complaining about how long it takes to dissolve just don’t have a condition where this is needed. I’ll do my back exercises while it’s melting. No problem. The taste is cherry. I recommend.

That matters with supplements, those little orphans of the wellness world, wandering through the strange outer provinces of the industrial world, blinking in bottles beneath fluorescent pharmacy lights, fireflies in a jar with the lid removed. Somewhere, presumably, the 21st-century supplement Einstein is still awake. He has spectacles. He has charts. I am strangely comforted by him. The formula itself contains the familiar congregation you would expect from a B-12 supplement. Nothing exotic has slid down the chimney… Nothing is wearing feathers. Just the things that are supposed to be gathered there. Some mornings you don't need Revolution. You just need the tiny tablet to go to work.

Just so that people don't miss out on a good product that does work. I did some copy and pasting from Google, so people know, unlike what other people have said on here, the coloration of the supplement is normal. Methocarbamol is naturally a red color this is why you're going to see red orange spots on the chewable because you're seeing the natural product. Does it mean that it has been oxidized, it hasn't gone bad, it is good to use and you're seeing a quality product. I recommend it also tastes good like candy , and the size of the lozenge is very small it can be taken sublingual or by chewing
