Such beautiful pan and perfect size completely non stick so so easy to clean definitely recommend this.

Large enough to do all that I need

I've been using 2 of these for many months, one in grey and one in black. When heated, the bottom of the pan deforms resulting in a convex surface. Consequently the oil runs off from the centre to the sides. But so too does anything liquid, such as egg white, sauces, liquids, etc. Because the base does not stay flat when heated I find that solid food burns in the middle of the pan, but food that has slid off to the edges does not cook so well. I use them on an induction hob, but I imagine the problem will still occur no matter what the heating method used.When using a pan, I want the bottom to stay flat during heating so that my food cooks evenly. These pans don't do this and I can't therefore recommend them.UPDATE: May 2022: this pan has now become unusable. Food sticks, especially in the middle and the bottom of the pan is permanently distorted, being convex in the middle so all oil runs off to the outer edges. It has only ever been used on a top quality induction hob and never heated to very high temperatures. This pan is now being thrown away and replaced by a quality brand (French make beginning with Le....) 3-layer non-stick skillet.

Been using this pan for over a month now, very happy with the quality, so much better than the cheap ones I got from the shops!

This is a really good pan. It feels nice and sturdy, not flimsy like some can. Really well made. It’s very easy to clean too. Great value for money.

Arrived in a big box with the handle detached and some other skinny looking handle with a rubber bit (more about that later!). This is a relatively large pan which works well on all heating surfaces but I used on gas. Made a risotto which generally requires some cleanup but was quite easy with this. A rinse under hot water with some dishsoap and it was good as new.Upon arrival I had to attach the handle which is a bit of a pain so off I popped to get a screwdriver. That was easy. Couldn't figure out what the other handle was for. Upon closer inspection I realised it is a screwdriver! They supplied a screwdriver! Someone must have calculate not attaching the handle and shipping in a smaller box was cheaper than including a screwdriver. Crazy and sensible in equal measure!
