I bought two pairs a few months ago waited before giving review as wanted to put them to the rigorous man test .... and pleased to inform you that they passed, I've worn them every day in the house on shiney laminate floors and slippy polish floor tiles they have great grip .....put them through hot washing machine washes and tumbled dried till hot .... gggrrreat...very warm toasty nice and very comfortable ..... I'm a size 10 to 12 and always buy a size bigger as they seem to be to tight if I get my prescribed size , calculated by these so called size charts... just a note to you guys who prefer real comfort ..... so in conclusion to all you haters of cold feet and shiney slippy floors I give this product a 10 out of 10 ...... better than old man slippers 😉.... 12.20.24 Up date yes I have just bought some more 😃

I am diabetic and try to avoid anything that is tight on my feet. These are very comfortable, have good grip soles, and have so far been worn many times without much sign of wear. They certainly keep my feet warm, and snug, but without being tight on my feet at all. These are nice and thick too, making them feel even more comfortable.

Just wanted an alternative to a slipper for winter , ticks the boxes , and are very comfy albeit expensive for 1 pair of socks but hopefully they last well as they seem pretty good and warm, look good too

Partner bought me these. You won't have cold feet with these on. Also I must point out. I have wood floors and until I got these, I didn't realize how much I slip about on the floors, until I put these on, the rubber anti slip lol, took me by happy surprise, but I can't do my Elvis slide now lol!

Purchased for my husband who said they are really warm and well fitted. Nice quality. Warm and thick. Good grip. Will purchase another for him as he's always in them now 😀

Nicely made and very warm indeed, the grips on the sole seem long lasting as I've had them about 6 months now, although I've found they shrink in a normal wash which I was annoyed at. Best to order a larger size to be on the safe side, and after two pairs ordered the elastic part around the ankle started to come away so they didn't on properly, something the makers should look out for.

I have bought these socks several times. I am type 2 diabetic with some diabetic neuropathy and my feet sometimes have a tendency to swell. I have to buy socks without elasticated grip around the ankle or shin as the resulting compression can be painful for me. I find these socks comfortable and warm and I usually wear them inside oversized slippers or as bed socks. The thickness adds a measure of soft protection against the sort of accidental knocks which can cause me bruising or even diabetic ulceration. There is an internal rib seam at the toe end, not ideal for diabetics, but this does not cause me problems unless the foot length is too short. I think the sizing "problem" may arise because of a confusion because USA shoe sizes are different to UK shoe sizes. I believe USA sizes are UK shoe sizes +2. That is my UK size 10 1/2 feet are USA size 12 + and the amazon webpage size chart is not appropriate for the UK. I would suggest buying only one pair for your first purchase so you can verify the sizing you selected is appropriate before buying any further quantity. Once you have tried the socks on I doubt whether you can return them to Amazon. I docked one star because for my first pair I went by the sizing chart and the socks were too tight lengthwise and the toe seam gave way after a month or so. By buying later pairs in the larger size that problem has not been repeated. My only concern for prospective purchasers is in the sizing. My UK shoes size is 10 1/2 but I have to buy the largest available size (the up to size 14 ones!). This is not due to any foot swelling but simply for comfortable foot length.
