Worked well on 3 pairs of boots with 3-4 coatings. Looks a bit goofy but I've got it on 1 pair to fix a partial scuff hole and 2 as preventative. The only complaint I have is the wand is very weak for applying it. But it sticks well enough, just a little runny.

This product is easy to install and prevents the toes on my boots from wearing through... Just clean the surface and paint on the product.. I put on 3 coats. Works great

Perhaps the next best thing to metal MX toe caps, but those are slippery. 5 months after application the toes are worn down on these ADV boots because I spend too much time on my knees — on an asphalt driveway — working on motorcycles. Beyond that it's a good product, just follow the instructions closely and be advised that the unused portion doesn't keep well.

The toe of my left motorcycle boot was showing wear from the metal scrambler-style machined shift peg I installed because I was slipping on the original rubber shifter. Only then did I realize I make most of my upshifts on the leather toe instead of the shift pad on the boot. So, I applied two coats of Kg’s just to that toe. Works like a charm. Covered up the wear and will protect it from further damage. It’s also well textured, which makes for even surer engagement with the shifter. I can’t speak to its long-term wear resistance, but there’s absolutely none after a few rides since coating the toe of the boot. If it does eventually wear down, I’ll just reapply. Looks very purposeful too. A couple of fellow riders asked me about it and gave thumbs-up on the idea. BTW, the material that creates texture varies in size. So I used a toothpick to sort of "knock down" the bigger lumps while it was still wet and create a more even result.

This stuff works great! I've used it on two pairs of work boots and it has out lasted the boots. I recommend putting three layers on as it holds up real nice, and the container holds more then enough for that anyway. This is perfect for keeping the steel toe part of a boot from giving out before the rest of the boot. Both pairs of boots I've used this on had no steel toe damage before the rest of the boot gave out, and I put my boots through a lot in my construction job.

The first one I ordered was rock hard. Must’ve had a leaky seal. Not necessarily KG’s fault. Ordered another one and worked as it should. Easy application and pretty quick cure time.

This product does the trick. Bought slip on safety boots without toe caps. They became scuffed up. Threw this on to cover the scuffs, while adding protection. Love the textured finish.

Great product! Too bad once opened it doesn't last long. Otherwise great! Saved my work boots and will use again.

There’s lots of product and used dobbers and they work well. I let each coat dry for 24 hours and should be every day. Each coat made the cover better.

Lasted about 8 weeks and it wore put on the toe. When it was new it felt like a hard resin but after a few months its soft, it peels at the edges and i can tare at it with my fingers. For what I paid i was dissapointed

Seems tough. I haven't put this stuff through the ringer yet, but it adhered pretty good and formed a thick , rugged later. Follow the directions for easy application. It's held up good for regular use but I haven't been crawling around on grating as much. I'll update after a few more months .
