This thing bolted right up! No bs! Made a huge difference in getting rid of slack in the steering wheel.

Solid, sturdy square tubular design with great welds. However, I had to use a drill to elongate the mount hole on one side as it would not fit otherwise. Both sides have elongated holes to allow for variance, but one side was at least 1/4 inch off. Poor service, I did not receive any of the hardware other than the bearing and zerk fitting. I had to contact the store and not Amazon. The store took another 2-3 weeks to fix the problem because they wanted me to send a pick of the parts I did receive, somI sent a pick of all the parts together with the box. That wasn't good enough, they wanted all the parts out of the box and questioned if I had searched through the packing paper. I tried sending several individual pics, but the email system would not allow that much memory. What was most frustrating is that they could have just taken my word because they still had to rely on me for the "proof." Regarding product effectiveness, it is good. My 1995 ram diesel improved 80 %, but I had to spend another $1,100.00 on front brakes, rotors, and suspension parts that were worn on my 264,000 mile truck.

Bolted straight on, only problem I have it the threads in the pitman arm nut are the wrong size. They are to big causing the nut to come loose (I had been told this was a problem by other people) so now I have to try and find a solution to this issue, I might have to have one custom made.

Unfortunately in shipping a lot of the hardware was lost, so I had to spend some time and money going to the hardware store but easy install and worth every penny and then some, took all the slop out of my 99 Cummins steering handles like it just left the showroom floor. This should have been OEM.

When this arrived, the box was ripped open. I contacted the seller. They were great. Very prompt in replacing the parts that were missing.

Cherry! Took 15 mins. Well if you have the right tools.

This product is great, install was easy and removed 70% of my steering issues , definitely worthy to buy for a 2nd Gen
