Bit smaller than advertise, but lovely and healthy plant.
Arrived a couple of days later, but that's expected with the Royal Mail strikes. 5cm pot, rather than 9cm pot, and a bit squashed in the pos, but a healthy looking plant. Overall I'm happy with the purchase.

The plant arrived well packed and a good size. However, it arrived looks severely dehydrated.
I can expect succulents to break a leaf or two in transit, but this plant arrived yesterday looking chronically neglected. It is soft and shrivelled, with very few of its leaves looking full. Given succulents need little watering, I wonder how long it has been kept without adequate care.It must have been a beautiful plant once, and I hope it can be again. I'm not returning it as I hope I can salvage it.But it is shocking to see plant retailers selling plants in this condition. This clearly did not happen in the process of a few days' transit.
