I have been using this product for over 8 years and highly recommend it because: it fits well, is durable and very effective. Even though I have had herniated disks in my lumbar spine, I could for instance play pickle ball without hurting.

The back brace helps when I am standing to cut out fabric, and when I am standing to cook.

This only came in extra large. Too big.

It is fairly comfortable to wear and helps with back pain.

Product definitely helped with lower back pain especially while doing vacuuming, lifting, etc.

I sent this back. There is no support whatsoever. The edges are tougher than the body of the belt. There's no compression where you need it. The flap that velcros has to be attached at a weird downward angle to get a tighter fit. It's just weird and definitely not supported. I purchased Ally back support on their larger and lighter models and use them to teach my fitness classes

My back feels better after a day of wearing this, being treated for lumbar bulging disk, this is the best fitting back brace I have tried. I can wear it all day with no discomfort.
