This works but... too ungainly to use by yourself. It's easier if you have a partner holding the tube straight for you. I am not convinced that brushing your tube is really necessary & worth the trouble.Update: My husband holds one end of my tube & the process of using this brush goes much faster. If my husband is not around, laying the hose straight on a CLEAN surface makes the process easier. There are also hose "hangers" you can buy to hang your hose then use this brush. I wish I had waited longer before submitting my first review. I am changing my rating based on the fact that once you find the preferred method for you to clean your hose, you will like this brush. It is well made, hasn't lost any bristles. I wash it with my other equipment, and it hasn't rusted or tarnished. I now recommend this brush.Update #2- I did not have my husband available to help today & the last time I placed the hose on a"clean surface" I ended up getting hair on the hose & brush, so my environment was not very clean at all... Today I just got done cleaning my hose.. I normally hang my hose to dry over the shower head. I decided to use the brush while it was hanging in the shower. BINGO! THIS is the best way to use this brush without buying an additional "hanger". Works like a charm! This is probably how everyone does it, but it took me a while to figure it out.

This works great to thoroughly clean the CPAP hose. Just soaking in soapy water didn't seem to work very well. Its a little difficult to work the brush through the hose to the very end, but it is worth it and does a good job. The smaller brush is also just the right width for shorter hoses. I am happy that I made this purchase, CPAP is no fun but at least its clean now.

I bought this item to clean my c-pap machine. It makes the job so much easier and faster. The hose was especially hard to clean before. This item aids in making it a lot easier.

I’m thrilled I finally bought one of these. I was looking at all of the Cpap cleaners on the market and reading that just cleaning your tube and accessories well is just as effective. This works great! It’s a noticeable difference from just using soap and water. It’s very flexible, and I just run it through my tubing once and that’s all I need. It does get stuck in my tubing when it gets all the way to the other end, because I can’t pull it out through the other end because of the connector on my tube, but after wiggling it around the suction breaks loose and out it comes.

These brushes are perfect for my CPAP tubing. The brushes are well made and the long handle (flexible stainless steel) really works very well. It's strong and flexes with the CPAP tube really well. The brush at first seemed a bit too wide as I had to pull quite hard to get it through the tube. But after half a dozen cleanings, it slides through more easily. I prefer it to be tighter rather than looser as I think it's just common sense that a tight fit is doing more cleaning than a looser fit. I would recommend this to anyone and I suppose in a few years I'd replace it and I see no reason why I wouldn't use the same one.

I purchased this brush after I misplaced my rigid tube brush. My rigid tube brush was much easier to use yet difficult to store. This thing is slinky and hard to get into the hose.

I have a new Resmed Airsense 11. It is new to me so I thought I needed a brush like this to clean the hose. I slid the handle in first with the intention of pulling the brush through from th top.. Immediately I knew this was a mistake. Once the brush was fully in the hose it took so much effort to move the brush even an inch that I thought I was going to harm the hose. It was impossible to reach in and bring the brush back out from the top so I had to pull it all the way through. It was awful!! I hope I did not hurt the hose. I will never use it again!! I wish I could return it. Awful experience.
