Got this for my husband. It's easy for him to put on without assistance and covers the entire area he needs ice for. It stays cold for about 20 minutes. But does take several hours to get cold enough to use again.

I am recovering g from shoulder surgery & this thing is amazing! Covers all the right spots and doesn't freeze super solid. Lasts for a good while 2. The fit is good and im 6'2" 265. I can see it being an issue for a smaller person tho.The only cons I have found is that it could use a bit more gel in it to get a more even distribution & the velcro on the arm strap is on the wrong side of the strap so I have to twist it to make it stay.I still recommend tho.

Fits like a glove. Took me 5 minutes to learn how to put it on my right shoulder. I recommend facing the verbiage to your skin. The velcro strap is much easier to attach. I reverse that on my left shoulder. Also buy 2 if you are able. The cold lasts about 20 minutes which is a health care professional recommended time for any ice pack. So in my mind it's perfect however I like to have it on for 30 min which is why I bought 2. All that being said this is by far the best ice "shoulder" pack I have owned. I get great pain relief and mobility allowing me to do physical therapy on my shoulder. If you suffer with shoulder pain, get this product. I even think the price is reasonable.

Works well but not the easiest to put on. The problem is the strap on the arm needs to wrap around, doing so requires a certain amount of mobility that if you have a shoulder injury you might not have. Frankly it’s dumb. If you can get it in place, the product works fine. It gets very cold and stays cold for the 20-25 minutes at a time that I use it. I haven’t tried heating it yet. But they need to fix the strap issue.

I recently had surgery on my left rotators cuff. This is the best purchase to relieve swelling and pain on my arm. I love how it covers the shoulders and arm. It is very easy to put on, also it’s frozen but not too stiff to adjust to my arm. My husband just purchased another one for me, so I can use one and have another in the freezer in case I need to ice in a few hours. This is so good especially after my physical therapy session.

Once placed correctly on the shoulder, it works great for the shoulder and upper arm. Not very helpful for the neck area. The cold pack lasts 20-30 minutes. Works great for me, easy to work with and a good value.

This is very good for post rotator cuff surgery if a little difficult to put on one handed. It’s more comfortable than several other cold packs I’ve tried.
