Very sharp. They'll stay sharp if you look after them.Just keep putting them in the right way into the sharpening sheath. Dry them properly before doing so.

Sharp. They stay that way because of the cleaver sheaf that sharpens when you insert and remove a knife for use. Solid blade with good weight and balance. Don’t use any of my old knives now.

So sharp it’s unreal. I held off writing review for a few weeks to make sure this wasn’t just the fact that it was a new knife but it’s stayed really sharp. Ive nicked myself a couple of times so go careful.I love using it - handles so well and feels really good, making light work of anything I need to cut. Each time i use it, it gets a careful wash and dry and then put away safely.I like it so much I also got the 2 pack of slightly smaller knives.

I like the idea of this knife, the sharpening sheath is useful and the size/shape is good. However it's very lightweight when using. The blade feels thin and the handle is very plasticy. This doesn't give me a lot of confidence in it's ability to cut safely through something large like a squash. I've definitely bought better cheaper knives.

At last, a knife that will cut thin slices of turkey and chicken breast without the meat falling to pieces. It feels well made and is easy to handle. The only downside is that the knife is so sharp it's a bit of a worry washing it up and sliding it in and out of the sheath!
