is there a difference between the powerwash that just says ultra versus this powerwash labelled "ultra platinum spray" (but has a lower rating)

There is a difference in the way that you wish to use the product. The ultra is effective for common washing of dishes and household tasks. The platinum has larger amounts of agents for bigger jobs such as ovens, stuck on foods, and powerful agents not contained in the ultra.

Has anyone tried this product on tires and wheels?

Nope but it should work on tires.

to the dawn company, can this be used for a shower to get out tough grime. ?

I believe dawn can be used in all scenarios . But that’s just my opinion.

Why is citrus scent 3x as much as the others, are these bootleg?

No it’s not bootleg it cleans really good I love it
