Having purchased three of them for my wife and my two daughters I must say they work rather well. The house hasn't burned down so what else can I say.

Well-priced & well-made.Is durable, hand washable & cute.It is muti-purpose. Yes it's supposed to be for electric hair curling irons & straighteners, but I'm using mine for my hot glue gun when I craft. It's a nice width & size, and I can lay down my hot glue gun without worry of glue dripping, or me burning the table top. (the dried glue peels right off, without damage to the Silicone mat.) Just a suggestion.......But most definitely can be used for its intended purpose of hot hair tools & counter top protection. It has a pouch so you can immediately put your hot hair tools or hot glue gun in it while they're still hot, without worry.I bought it in hot pink & love the cheery fun color.Hoping I helped you decide

This product is the perfect size. I didn’t want a small neither too large of a heat mat. This one is big enough to hold two heat tools vertically but horizontally you can fit up to 4. I love the bright color of the pink too.

Love this hot mat. I use it for my straight irons. I actually have 2. One in my gym bag and for home. Love that it serves 2 purposes. At the gym, I don’t have time for my straight iron to completely cool, so I just roll it up, and I’m on my way.

It seems great. Other than it is NOT 11in x 6in as stated in the description and we wanted and expected 11in. It is only 9in x 6in. We are going to keep it anyway. But we really wanted and expected 11in!!!
