It's nice to juice but cleaning is a bit challenging especially the filter and the juice outlet. Hope they improve on it .over a good machine warranty is only one year and in some countries like India same juicer has 5 yrs and warranty.

The person explained the features, usage and cleaning process clearly, which made it much easier to understand how to use the juicer properly. Overall, a very good slow juicer for regular home use.
