Special Features | Every BMR spring is compressed solid at the factory, not once, but twice. This gives the spring its permanent set, and guarantees no sag. BMR springs are stress-relieved at 750 degrees F, ensuring most stresses induced during the winding process are eliminated. All springs are then shot-peened to eliminate residual surface stresses. Many spring manufacturers skip this step, but BMR insists on this operation as part of our spring manufacturing process. |

Got exactly what I was looking for the fraction of the price.
Lowering springs BMR SP080R. FYI my NEW favorite BRAND ππJust installed on my 2016 Mustang Ecoboost Premium and it is simply amazing. The look and ride feel are Amazing. I know this model is ment for the GT but fitment on my Ecoboost was excellent. It had gave me exactly what I was looking for: 1"in gap front and back. And don't know how, but these springs offers way better ride through bumps then my factory springs ever did.-With some affordable Camber bolts alignment shop was able to bring alignment back to factory. (If you are considering camber bolts, just remember to set them to max POSITIVE camber when installing before bringing it in to a alignment shop.lowering cars tend to give tires negative camber. Putting your car out of factory spec.camber bolts are ment to combat negative camber by + or - 1.75 degrees when dropping your car. It Makes it easier for alignment shops to dial in your alignment and less likely to fail and loosing out money)Don't know on the longevity of my shocks by installing SP080R lowering springs but if it last several years, then it was all worth it. That would give me a real good reason to get coilovers π€€I Will update after couple of months on the ride quality.

Do it
2018 Mustang GT PP1. Parts were pretty to look at right out of the box. Installation took 4 hrs(solo) with ALL of the necessary tools and equipment set out beforehand. Downloaded a copy of instructions as the parts package did not contain any. With that being said, the process can easily be achieved w/o directions, just know that you gotta cut the bump stops. The ride quality, in terms of highway driving, has SLIGHTLY diminished, but the trade off in the way it handles was well worth the negligible difference lost in highway comfort. Cornering/turning/lane shifting are considerably better performing. A legit 1.2β rear drop & .5β front drop are to be expected.
