Wash of use.
How light the case was and how easy it was to push.

Very spacious design, expandable and sturdy but wheel design slightly lets down. Overall excellent
I did a lot of searching and picked this as being the lightest, roomiest, 4 wheel suitcase for its size. It is also expandable. Everything about it is as expected and good quality. The wheels are thick and look strong but the bag does not glide straight or smoothly and the wheels seem to have a life of their own. I think this is because they are very wide for strength and durability but this also means they seem to catch an edge which makes them swivel (they have a mind of their own) so not a smooth drag and little bit of an effort to push this in direction you want. But still very happy with design and build overall which gives everything I wanted and Samsonite always good quality.

Suit case
Third trip away the wheel broke! Could not be repaired had to get a new one from the store was given the store value of the old suit case! Disappointed because it was a matching set and none of the new cases looked the same

Practical piece of kit for now
Excellent size and inside pockets and lining, convenient expansion, rolls well. However I got a tear on the piping on the first car journey already, where the case was definitely treated better than I would expect from airport handling. This has never happened to me before. So the outside material seems less durable than that of other Samsonite soft cases.

Avoid: so bad I thought it was a fake
The handle is very flimsy and should be twice as thick for a bag this size. The whole handle twists and just doesnt feel as if it will stay connected to the bag! This makes it has to corner with in a busy station/airport. As for dragging it on pavements; it’s a nightmare. I have no idea how to use the built in lock; there were no instructions nor any indication of how to get them. Samsonite customer service was unable to help.On the other hand the inside is roomy enough for two weeks worth of clothes but I would still avoid buying if I were you and I’ll not buy another samsonite case.

It’s very awkward as the wheels go in their own direction
The wheels on this case are like having the shopping trolley with the wheel that makes it go in it’s own direction. A real pain.

Not convinced this isn't a fake product
I tried to register the product with Samsonite, however:- The product ID code contained in both of the documents delivered with the suitcase aren't recognised by Samsonite.- There is no QR code to register with Samsonite, which is a feature of all genuine Samsonite products.When in doubt, I would stay clear of this provider.
