Are these actually nail polish strips or are they just press on "nail stickers"?

I think they are pretty good. I am by no means an expert and have not tried a lot of brands, but they do the job.

How do I stop it from bubbling after a few days

I have not had this problem. I use a cuticle stick to make sure it adheres all over the nail before I put on a top coat.

I wanted to Love these but after a few days they bubble up and look terrible, why?

Some of mine bubbled and some don’t. I saw better results when making sure the nail was really clean and stretching the strips as I applied them.
