My experience using Ooma 2602W
I recently started a small business and needed a reliable service to set up a flexible phone service with a phone on each desk. I decided to start out with the Ooma 2602W because I wanted to be able to connect the phone to my wifi router to increase flexibility and reduce clutter. The Ooma 2602W is the entry level phone used for Ooma office. I enjoy the flexibility and quality of the HD calls. For the price, the Ooma 2602W has exceeded my expectation. I started with 2 of these phones and my business currently has 5 of them and 2 more on the way. To properly set up this phone, I recommend calling Ooma customer service for support. Without adequate tecnical skills this phone will not be able to benefits from all added features. Customer service representatives has always been amazing whenever I have call for support. I have never had to wait more than 30 seconds to talk to someone when I need help. Here are the reasons why I recommend the Ooma 2602W. It supports wifi 2.4 and 5 bands. When you purchase a plan from Ooma, you also get an app to receive calls and here voice messages while on the go. In addition, all Ooma office plans include a free digital fax number that can be linked to your email address. You have the ability to send and receive unlimited faxes. When sending a fax, you attach the document to the app or your online dashboard and Ooma will take care of the rest. Faxes are received in your email address as a .pdf file.I love Ooma because of the value and flexibility of their plans. I highly recommend this phone.

Terrible Customer Service from Ooma!
First the Ooma service review:I ordered this phone through Ooma and not through Amazon so please note that this review is for the phone and for Ooma and NOT Amazon. This company has been the absolute worst customer service ever. First, the phone was two days late, not a huge deal but annoying since I had already paid for the service and couldn't use it for a week and a half until the phone finally arrived yesterday. The huge deal was that when the phone arrived, I had trouble setting it up and tried call the "24/7" line twice and could not get anyone on the phone. It kept hanging up on me before transferring me to a person. Then I tried the online chat and got deliberately disconnected mid-sentence TWICE! By two different reps! It was all canned answers that they were obviously cutting and pasting because they were not related to what I was trying to ask them. I needed very simple answers that anyone should have been able to answer about the phone but they were not addressing what I was asking. They just kept sending those canned answers and then disconnected while I was trying to clarify what I needed. Twice! I am very tempted to just send the phone back and cancel the service at this point. I'm just not sure if I'd get my money back for the service I paid for 2 weeks ago and I'm still unable to use.Now the review of the phone itself:Not a bad phone. Very lightweight but easy to assemble. Setup was a bit hairy (as mentioned above) because I have symbols in my wifi password and there was no indication anywhere of how to enter those symbols. The documentation and the phone manual were no help and as stated above the customer service was non-existent. I finally figured out that if you cycle through the "1" key on the phone pad you can get to symbols. I found the ones I needed there so I was finally able to connect it to my home wifi. The call clarity is good and the phone is semi-intuitive to use. I don't feel I'd have much trouble learning the menu system if I end up keeping the phone. The main problem with the phone is that even though it says it's a 2 line phone, it looks like you really only have one line. Both lines have the same extension number on them, I tried to call customer service again today and this time I was actually able to get to a person but I don't think she understood what I was telling her and she kept telling me that the phone could only be assigned to one extension. I get that the phone has a primary extension assignment but since it's a two line phone and I pay for 2 lines I should be able to place one on hold, call a line on the other extension and then conference them together. I'm still not certain if I'm going to be able to do that with this phone and the rep disconnected me before I could ask her to help me test it. Again... HORRIBLE Customer Service!

Great phone, install is a challenge
Phone was as expected and works great. Subscriptions are reasonably priced. Install was a bit of a challenge.
