Idk what it is about this specific multivitamin. I feel absolutely amazing on the days I take it. As someone with ADHD and anxiety, it really helps a lot with clearing my head and boosts my mood. I notice I struggle a lot less with motivation and feel an overall sense of wellbeing on this. I've tried other multis and B complexes and they always either do nothing for me, or make me feel irritable. This one does not, only have had a positive experience with it. Definitely recommend this if you're on the hunt for a good multi. I pair it with extra vitamin D since I'm deficient and some magnesium and it works great.

Positive improvement in focus
Perfect for those sensitive to methylated vitamins. Give this a try. I started every other day and now I take it daily. I have noticed an improvement in sustained focus at work and focus.

Not a good one for me!
I took this new multi vitamin for about a week before I figured out this is what was making me feel bad. I became EXTREMELY fatigued after taking it - so much so that I had to lay down and take a nap. This morning I took it without the three of my other usual tried-and-true supplements at the same time (extra C, a vitamin D and a probiotic) and sure enough! it happened again very soon after taking it. I became so tired that I could not keep my eyes open - and that after 8 solid hours of sleep and feeling rested before taking it. I don't know what the problem is with this mutli-vitamin but it is not a good one for me! Of course, looking on Amazon now for refund policy - "no refund available."
