I would have given this 5 stars, but it is just too dry.An excellent work on improving pasture land, great reference, and detailed how-to if you want improved quality & quantity pastures.It was just not easy for me to sit down with to read. Informative but dry.

I used this book for background reading to educate myself on the laying down of herbal leys with reference to sheep farming.

Writing a little small for my aging eyes. A fantastic read nonetheless. One of those, thank goodness these things were recorded on paper when they were, moments. Packed with information.
