Bought this for a friend to try. She was so happy with the product since day one and said it really made her feel full and would recommend to anyone who wants to loose weight.

I have followed the Keto 7 day meal plan and taking the KETO Burn supplements and so far have lost a few pounds without being hungry. Will continue with the plan and supplements.

Good delivery, however the seal was not fully attached on the lid. I like the meal plan with this product. Early days but no change seen as yet, but still early days.
