Great toothbrush, helpful customer service
SHORT REVIEW: Had a great experience with the toothbrush and customer service. The charger stopped working for unknown reasons, emailed Katy in customer service, and they shipped me a new one quickly. 5 stars overall.LONG REVIEW: I bought this brush in 2019 as an upgrade to my heavier, louder Phillips Sonicare toothbrush. I was impressed by how light and smooth the brush felt, but it was still very sturdy when brushing. I appreciate the simple, no-frills design. Brush head attachment is really easy to remove and replace. I usually remove the attachment to clean inbetween the crevice after brushing. The vibrations are strong for effective brushing, but won't hurt your gums even with the firm bristle brush heads (my preference). Vibrations are also quieter than Sonicare and I like the simple 2-minute timer with the indicators to tell you when to switch to another area to brush. Didn't feel a need to use any other setting besides "clean", but some people might appreciate the other modes. Nice to have options I guess.I have travelled with this brush a few times. I never had to bring the charger with me because a full charge lasted me a month before it completely stopped and needed to be charged again. It took maybe a day and a half for it to completely charge up. I like the indicator light. It turns red when the battery is low and will give a small beep to notify you during brushing. The vibrations would also feel a little bit weaker when it's on red. Once it's charged again it went back to stronger vibrations. I made sure to never leave my toothbrush charging continuously. Once it's fully charged I unplug the charger from the outlet and just use it as a toothbrush stand.Although the charging and battery life was really good, I noticed recently that the charger had stopped working. I tried different outlets, but the charger definitely broke somehow. I was still able to continue using the brush for about a month before all the battery power drained. I emailed customer service to explain the problem. They expedited a brand new toothbrush and charger for me and it's been working like a dream. No problems. The experience with the brush was really good and the price point is good compared to many popular brushes available now. Customer service was also really polite and helpful. I would recommend this brush.

Fine Product, Good Support
This is not merely a good toothbrush for the money, but it's a good toothbrush, period. I've had it now for a few years, and my experience with this and more generally with Greater Goods products is that this is a good company which produces quality products at quite respectable prices. This brush easily dislodges what my much older brush could only be removed with floss. It runs for two minutes, instilling a certain discipline on those of us who would otherwise put the brush down when it felt like time to run out of the house. It pauses for around a half second every thirty seconds, which is for those who divide their mouths into quarters as part of their routine. I found this annoying at first, but it gives a sense of how long it's been in your mouth, and how much time is left. It also cleans off easily -- the base of the stems flair out to prevent much gunk from gathering, and of course you can rinse it off as you rinse out. Finally, although the manufacturer does not say it is approved for use in the shower, there's no reason it wouldn't be, so long as you don't keep the recharger base there. And the price is generally superior to that of other electric brushes on the market. The replacement stems are also reasonably priced -- you don't get the sense that the toothbrush is marketed primarily to force the sale of high-priced replacement brush stems. The company is also very responsive. I've communicated about this and other products, both via email and on the phone, and the people are there for you. The website is also clean and helpful. Finally, for the crowd of consumers on Amazon who like to write "you get what you pay for" (which they say after buying something cheap and then castigating themselves for acting against their purported wisdom), this is a product where you generally get much more value than the price you pay, relative to similar products of this category.

Very solid product!
This is my first Sonic tooth brush that I own and I love it. With that said, there is a full disclaimer in the sense that I do not have anything to compare it to. It should also be noted that I got this tooth brush for free as a package deal when I purchased another product from the same seller (greater goods). With that out of the way, let's get on to the review!1. It works. When I use a regular tooth brush, I am able to get my teeth squeaky clean. If you have ever run your finger over your teeth immediately after brushing & rinsing, you'll know what I mean. This tooth brush does that better AND faster. Which leads to...2. It has a neat built in function. Once you turn the tooth brush on, it runs for 2 minutes. Every 30 seconds, it will have a slight pause which is used to communicate to the user to move on to a different section of your mouth. It's a unique feature that I like as it helps me move on in my brush routine and not spend too much time going over the same part of my teeth over and over again (paranoid brushers anyone?).3. Another unique feature is it has different modes of brushing: clean (default), whiten, sensitive and massage. I personally have not had to use any other mode but the default (clean) so I won't comment on them. I simply imagine that it might come in handy when the situation arises. If I had to nitpick, my only wish would be for the tooth brush to "click" onto the charging base. As it is at the time of this review, the tooth brush can sit on the charging stand okay but it does not feel secure. Maybe I am simply paranoid, but it does feel as if the tooth brush will tip over at the slightest of force. Other than that, I am extremely pleased with the product and it works as advertised. It is a great product and I recommend it to anyone who is thinking about getting a Sonic toothbrush.
