Bought this to get a early jump on Halloween and the color turned out nice. Geeetech seems to have better consistency than other brands across its colors so if you find good settings for your printer on one, you don't have to make adjustments when you change colors. Good bed adhesion at 205 extrusion temp and 65 bed temp.

Bonjour, Alors c'est la première fois que j'utilisais GEEETECH Glow in the Dark Phosphorescence en 1 kg. La commande est conforme à la description, une livraison rapide, un emballage sous vide parfait et en plus un sac à disposition pour stocker la bobine si nécessaire. Bien rangé et sans aucun nœud. Je n'ai vraiment aucune difficulté pour imprimer avec ce filament, impression très propre et un rendu phosphorescent qui a fait plaisir à mes enfants et mes petits enfants. Je vais avoir du boulot en perspective. Laisser quelques minutes à la lumière naturelle comme à la lumière artificielle et c'est un bonheur de voir les yeux d'enfants avec un sourire magnifique. Un vrai plaisir visuel pendant le projet et une fois que l'objet est terminé. J'étais heureux de voir ce coté lisse parfait et cette belle magie phospho ! Pour info, j'imprime avec une ASX1 avec Cura 4.9.1. Une Tour des températures pour assurer les réglages de print; 1ère couche à 210°C / 70°C puis 200°C / 60°C. Vitesse 80mm/s. Je conseille sans problème ce filament avec un tarif très correct et en plus il y a régulièrement des promotions. Faites vous plaisir et faites plaisir avec ce filament.

Unwrapped this roll from a vacuum seal and it won’t print past a few layers before it breaks apart where it feeds into the Bowden tube. Maybe it’s the silk, but it’s terribly disappointing. I went ahead and replaced the nozzle extruder, fan, etc thinking there were other issues but it’s definitely just the filament. Would not buy.

Ya había usado más filamentos de esta marca y los resultados fueron bastante buenos. Es la primera vez que me dá por probar con un filamento un poco más "especial" y la verdad es que los resultados son muy buenos. Para empezar, como se puede ver en una de las fotos, el bobinado es perfecto. El filamento es facil de imprimir (he usado los mismos parámetros que uso con el PLA normal de esta marca) y se obtiene un resultado muy vistoso. La luminosidad dura bastante (lo que no sé es si con el tiempo irá durando menos) y eso que he usado lámparas LED para "cargar" el filamento. He leido en alguna de las opiniones del producto que si se usa una lámpara incasdencente la luminosidad dura más. En cuanto tenga oportunidad lo probaré. Es un filamento algo más caro que el PLA normal pero creo que lo merece si quieres aprovechar el efecto fotoluminiscente. Además aún no he visto otra marca que tenga este tipo de filamento. Para la próxima probaré el de color azul. Otra cosa que me ha gustado es que en la caja se incluye una bolsa con cierre zip para guardar el filamento cuando no lo estás usando, lo que me resulta muy útil. Con una aspiradora normal le puedes hacer el vacío bastante bien usando uno de los típicos accesorios para rincones que suelen traer los aspiradores.

I got this because I wanted to have a go at some cool lithographs I had seen but using glow in the dark filament! So far, I've had issue after issue with my custom build printer so all I've managed is this baby Yoda It took a little bit of tweaking settings with this filament, I found it especially stringy and it struggled to stick to heat bed...I found raising my bed by 5 degrees and dropping my extruder by 6 managed to do the trick alright along with upping my retraction a few mm After this, it seemed to print pretty well! Overall I do like the new filament, it glows a lot more than I actually thought it would! I did have a slight issue with it snapping, its slightly more brittle than previous filaments I've had from this company but it was still not too bad The main thing with this filament is actually having some decent ideas to mess around with! The filament does take a few tiny tweaks to get the best out of it,but other than that, its nice filament! The composition is slightly different due to the glow in dark material they mix it with, but nothing most printers can't handle unless yours is very sensitive like mine in which case it does make a bit of a faff initially tuning for this, but I think you'll struggle to find something that isn't that is glow in the dark Very happy with it! Super Glowey?!
