This kimono is BEAUTIFUL! Our granddaughter loves playing dress-up and I ordered this for her birthday. She wanted to put it on right away! The colors are perfect and the fabric was surprisingly heavy. I think I expected it to be thin and, maybe, a little inexpensive looking like other children's costumes can be but it's not at all. We also got the matching shoes (the Japanese thongs with wood soles), fan and parasol. As you can see in our picture, she looked lovely in it! So, so happy with this garment! The other items were beautiful but after our granddaughter had had her fan about ten minutes, the piece holding the wooden frame came apart. She wasn't handling it roughly (I saw it happen) or I'd have assumed that was the reason it broke. I'm going to try and fix it myself but it was a big letdown.Then, when I tried to leave a review for the fan and parasol I kept getting a message that my review already existed. The set was ordered separately from the kimono so I should have been able to review it separately. Nope!
