Excellent Phone
The K770i isn't the most feature heavy phone out there, which means it won't do as many things as a fancy Nokia N95/N96 or an iPhone. But it's definitely a good purchase if you're looking for a solid phone at a reasonable price. The interface is pretty good, meaning the phone is fairly straightforward to use - a Nokia is still easier but this isn't bad, and within a week or two I was whizzing through menus and able to find what I wanted on the phone, fast. The web browser is excellent. This is a 3G phone though, not 3.5G HSDPA, so don't expect lightning fast internet. There's no WiFi either. Still very usable nonetheless. The camera is great, 3.2 megapixels with auto-focus and a reasonable flash. It's possible to take some great photos with this baby. And to work the camera you slide back the lens cover on the back - looks sexy and sophisticated - and then the keys on the front of the phone light up in blue instead of white, which is snazzy in dark rooms or outdoors at night. There's also a very solid music player. Unfortunately the phone doesn't feature a 3.5 mm headphone socket, to let you use 'normal' headphones. These sockets are a very good idea but very few phone models actually include one, although that is slowly changing. But still, the music player software is of the standard you'd expect on a good mp3 player, and the sound is also of a high quality. And if your headphones do break or go missing, don't worry it's possible to buy replacements online.Texting could be better, I've had much better experiences with the buttons on Nokias. Texting on this feels a bit like wading through sticky treacle at the start, but your fingers do adjust.Battery life is exceptionally good. And there's no GPS. But yes Bluetooth. And it's tri-band. Just in case you were wondering.Make sure you have a high-capacity Memory Stick Micro M2 card if you want to use it for photos or music! I've just ordered a 4 GB card which will possibly render my iPod obsolete.I give this phone a 9/10, so that's 4.5/5, which rounds up to 5/5. And I wouldn't hesitate in recommending it.

Great little phone
I got this phone on the 'Three' network and so own a lovely purple version - the colour is amazing! I really like the screen on this phone, the colour is vivid and is easily readable. The camera isn't too special and you have to have quite a steady hand to get a good shot.My main issue with this phone is the placement of the quick camera button. Its on the lower right side of the phone - exactly where your thumb sits...especially when texting. But you get used to it.Other than that i really like this phone, mp3 player is nice, it performs all its little extras smoothly, nicely designed and the msn messenger service is very useful. It definately stands out and has great battery life so I would recommend it.

Absolutly Outstanding
I have owned 4 Sony Ericssons before this one, and i can safely say, the best by a million miles. The camera takes a while to take decent photos and needs time to adjust to the steadiness of your hand, but thats not a problem. The 3G is brilliant, works very well. i have this phone on a 3 Contract for £18 a month, which then makes the phone even better, with 30 Video calling mins free, and MSN for free, anytime of the day. The battery life is great unless you use the mp3 player, which by the way is beautifully designed, the sound quality is brilliant, as are the headphones included. The keypad is great and very easy to use, and whats very good is that there is no joy pad, so never irritates your fingertips!! The navigation is one of the simplest i have ever known. The keys are beautifully laid out, in rows with ample room between them, for even the fattest fingers! The screen to be honest could be a bit bigger, but displays a real good quality image. There is a memory card included, 256MB, which may be enough, but its cheap enough to buy a GB, (M2 memory card BTW).The bodywork has got to be its party piece, the phone is truly gorgeous. The phone is so smooth and rounded, there is literally no rough edges at all. The camera lens is very well integrated, which too, is very smooth! As for the colour, the Truffle Brown is very close to chocolate, but not quite!! On the 3 network you also have the choice of another colour, Purple. That colour really stands out, enough said!Thats about it for this phone, which as you can tell, I ABSOLUTELY LOVE.
