My teen daughter has beautiful curly hair that frizzes easily. After trying many different products, a friend recommended this set to us and it has worked so well. My daughter's hair is now soft and frizz free, and her curls are more defined without any crunchiness.

so i love the product itself. But the spraying product broke every time I used it. i would try to readjust the plastic to fit in proper form but then after like one or two spray it would unattach and even break. so now i have to find a new spray container to put in it. I recommend buying each individually

Let's start from the top - the set came shipped in their own box, but the shampoo's top was loose and spilled a bit - oh well. On to the good stuff. My hair is 3b - the first pic is my hair straight out of braids. The second is my hair having used the shampoo and conditioner, with just the leave-in. The 3rd is after using a few days and having my usual routine.My first impression was...well, doubtful. The shampoo is very thin and it did dry my hair out a bit. BUT keep in mind, even the bottle says it's a CLARIFYING shampoo. May be best to use once in a while as opposed to everyday. The conditioner was also a bit lacking, I wasn't getting this "slip" people talked about in the comments and reviews here. When I went to use the leave-in, it was far too thick to come thru the spray bottle! Just poured a bit into my hands and worked it in that way. After all that I was really doubting it was going to work for me but those pictures don't lie! The curls are tighter and bouncier than I've had in a LONG time! Ultimately, it's not nearly as conditioning as I was hoping for, so for that it loses a star. But it's definitely doing something great, so I'd say it's worth a try!UPDATE - I have to remove a star. I really wanted to like this stuff. It just...doesn't work for me. Over time, while the curls are tight, they're so dry and rough, they end up frizzy and honestly it starts right from the beginning while washing. I can't say it's entirely bad, but it's not for me. I think I'll use it as a clarifying wash day to use it up, but I don't think I'll be buying again, and absolutely cannot say it's good for everyday.

Be sure to use them on hair that doesn’t get greasy easily or has straight hair. Its way to heavy but im sure it works on the right type of hair

For me - with fine, thinning, curly, shortish hair, that when treated well, rewards me with nice spirals. The combination of the shampoo coupled with the conditioner, AND the styler was just too much, and my hair felt like it wasn’t rinsed properly. it felt heavy and weighed down.But when i just use the shampoo, and the miracle styler i get the lovely bouncy spirals, that do not go crunchy, and leave bare areas of scalp, that embarrass me. I’m left with lovely soft, “run your fingers through it” hair, that feels so good to play with.When i used all three products, it was heavier and weighed down, with no bounce, no volume, less spirals, and it just didn’t look as nice, as when i leave out the conditioner. It might work for someone who needs a heavy hitter conditioner.It smells good too.
