Great buy. Works well with 3 monitors.
I have my Lenovo laptop and three monitors hooked up to this dock. Took a minute to set everything correctly, and occasionally one monitor goes black for about 3 seconds, but that's probably due to my own wiring and refresh rate configurations.Just a note. I am not a gamer. I use my setup for business only.

Works Great
Great product, easy to set up for home office. Along with my Lenovo laptop, I have 3 Dell monitors, a keyboard and mouse going to this. Highly recommend!

My favorite Lenovo dock as it works really well and supports up to 3 LCDs
My favorite Lenovo dock as it works really well and supports up to 3 LCDs. If you need a dock for a newer Lenovo, this would be the best bet.

Works as advertised
I purchased this for my work computer, it does what I been it to do. I use dual monitors at work. With that said, my only complaint is the fact that this only has one HDMI output. The second output is something I don't have or any of my work monitors.Otherwise, It's a great tool for work.

Does not work
I have purchased several of this ThinkPad's docking station and I was having issues with one of the monitors blinking on off, we all have dual monitors in our office. I blamed the monitor thinking that the ThinkPad was not the issue, being that I just purchased it new to replace the previous ThinkPad that was causing the same issue. I replaced the monitors and yet the issue persisted. I replaced the docking station with a much cheaper brand and have solved the problem. The ThinkPad's ports fail after a few months, it costs more time and money invested in trying to make it work. if you can get away with another more cheaper brand, I highly advice it... it will save you time and money.

Easy installation
Tried various docks none that worked. Although a bit pricey. Was easy to install and has worked perfectly.
