Ultimate home workout equipment
It comes with a complete package and it's kind of heavy too. It takes about 45 minutes to install for two people since it just mainly tighten all the screws. Just make sure follow the manual, it's not hard at all. It does occupied certain space in your house. I put it in my backyard.I'm a big fan of calisthenics. Before I bought this tower, I always go to those parks that has pullup bar and dip bar to conduct my workout. Now with this tower, I can do my workout anytime I want. Besides that, the power tower is actually an all-in-one piece equipment to complete a full-body workout. For example, for the top bar, you can do different variations of pullups. You can also do hanging knee raises, windshield wipers, toes to bar, etc. If you are advanced, you can even do muscle ups and straight bar dips when you go up to the bar or you can adjust the level of height since it has 5 level height adjustment. For middle section, you can do knee raises, dips, L-sit, inverted rows, bicep curls, etc. Last but not least, the lower section, you can do some leg exercises like calf raise, hamstring curls, bulgarian split squats, assisted pistol squats, different kinds of pushups. Damn, it just a lot of exercises comes along the way that with this equipment. The Power Tower is an incredible tool that can be used to increase your gains and convenient for people especially during this pandemic. It's worth to invest and you won't regret it.

Affordable all-in-one gym substitute
Overall this piece is sturdy and cheaper than most comparable towers. Packed very securely with extra steel pipes, wooden blocks, and zip ties. I'm 5'6 140lbs and this thing doesn't flex or wobble, even with an extra 50+lbs hanging off my belt. I use this for pull ups, inverted rows, push ups, handstand push ups, hanging core exercises, and as an anchor for single leg training & stretching. I use the push up handles as parallettes for calisthenics too.The only thing keeping this from being perfect is the dip handle fitting. One of them isn't completely snug so it can wiggle a bit inside the joint. The handles' default position is a little high/awkward to hop on so I installed them from the bottom.Full set up took around an hour, with a little help from my dad to get the base stable enough to stand on its own. The instructions were clear and easy to follow with illustrations and parts labeling. Mine arrived with only 1 small scratch on the powder coat.

Gets the job done for cheap, I recommend
I've spent money on those pullup bars that hang in the doorways, including ones that are supposed to work with friction (that ended up just blowing my molding apart) and for the same price, could've just got this all along. It doesn't take up much space and is good and sturdy for pullups and dips. It gets the job done and doesn't cost much for a full dedicated pullup/dip station. As long as you have space to put it, it'll be good for you.The ONLY thing I didn't like, which is the problem with most of these, is that it's not as tall as I would like it.I'm 6ft and have long arms and it's almost impossible to find one of these long enough where I can do a full pullup and not have to bend my legs at the bottom. This IS one of the taller ones though so I don't have to bend that much to keep from touching the ground but I would love it if it was another 3" higher or so.

Good Quality But May Be Missing Parts
This is a very well designed and very sturdy high quality dip station and pull up bar but I did not give it a five-star rating because I had to return the first shipment of this equipment because it was missing bolts and other parts and it appeared that it had been returned by another customer as everything was in disorder in the box and the pack of bolts was already opened and missing many from the pack. I had to get a replacement unit sent back out by Amazon and this was a lot of inconvenience because this unit is quite heavy. After I received the replacement unit and a small discount off the price, I began assembling it a few days later, only to find out that the two dip station handlebars were missing. This was very disappointing especially after I had to wait a long time for the first box with the missing parts and bolts to arrive and then I had to wait a few more weeks for the replacement to arrive. I contacted Advennor and they said it would ship me out the two missing dipstation bars in a few weeks, so they sent them out to me and I was able to complete the assembly of the unit which works excellent and I was very surprised when I received a refund for nearly the total price I paid for the unit from Amazon. This company may inconvenience you terribly but you will get a very high quality unit in the end, despite the inconvenience but maybe Advenor has solved their issues with sending out units without missing parts. I'm happy in the end because I got a good quality unit and I got it for almost free because of all the inconvenience. Whatever I still recommend this unit but beware there's a possibility it could first arrive with some parts missing.

Incorrect parts
Me and my wife put this together, fairly easy, once we got to the pull up bar part, the tightening screws that go through the sizes that hold the pull up bar in place were to short smh, I posted some pics, so everything is fine but can’t use the pull up bar, looks like I’ll have to contact the manufacturer to see if that could send us the correct parts..Edit: the company was very responsive and fixed my issue in a timely manner.
