Vitamin World Ultra Woman Sport Daily Multi Vitamin, 180 Coated Caplets

I've used this particular vitamin for 6 years now and it truly gives my body the energy and nutrition it needs to feel it's best. With that said, the picture needs updated. It seems that the label has been changed from the previous red one. I was momentarily upset that I received the wrong product until I realized that the only difference was the (now purple) label.

A favorite vitamin that has great bioavailability. It was great to find this on Amazon since the nearest vitamin world is quite a distance from me.

This is my favorite women's vitamin. I lead an active lifestyle as a mom of 3, fitness enthusiast and graveyard stocker. I don't have time to be sick or sluggish.This product arrived in quickly and in perfect condition.The recommended dosage is 2 daily, however I started with 1. Previous sport multivitamins would make me sick to my stomach or give me crash- like symptoms later in the day, so I started this one slowly. A month in and I have no bad side affects from this ultra women's whatsoever.The best attribute is the energy boost I feel throughout the day. These are time released capsules and they help to suppress my appetite throughout the day, which has enabled me to cut out my snacking. I also don't get any jittery or shaky feelings. This supplement is full of so many good vitamins, I can see that even my hair and skin is healthier looking.My body feels like it is running better and more efficiently. I eat a lean protein and veggie diet and petty much the same foods everyday to help continue my weight loss. These vitamins fill in the nutrients to help support a well rounded diet. I have enough energy to get through my day and hit my workouts without feeling exhausted halfway before dinnertime. I also haven't had any of the awful colds that have been going around this season. These vitamins help my body to stay healthy and work at optimum level, and fight off any sickness.One of the best things about these vitamins is that they are gluten, artificial coloring, sugar, yeast, wheat and preservative free. They are also fish free, but that doesn't matter to me because I take a fish oil supplement, but is good for people who avoid fish. I like knowing exactly what is going in my body and that's it's as close to all natural as possible. The capsules themselves are a large size, but they are hard so if that's a problem you can probably cut it in half.I am so happy I found these vitamins. I even ordered my husband the ultra man sport vitamins, which he loves.
