I know this is a rough stone but I feel the stone could've been better selected. Some of these look no better than a rock found in a gravel pile. Size wise they are great. It does leave some to be desired. I don't know if working a face down and polishing it would do much. Update 1: seller contacted me and we have come to an agreeable resolution. Great customer service as always. Thank you. Will update again when I receive order. 4 stars. Update 2: new stones were amazing. Thank you. Will be buying from again.

The rocks aren't as colorful as I would have hoped, but they do have that moonstone-like shine in different lighting. It came with a certificate of authenticity and it's a good quantity for the price. Rocks vary in size from 1-2 inches. I'm excited to tumble these and see how they turn out.

These were slightly underwhelming, but I did want real, rough labradorite and these are definitely it. I got about 9 small/medium rocks the size of the pictures. They all had at least a small spot of flash when dry. None had a large flash. I got blue, blue-green, red, red-orange, and a few rainbow looking. I'm not planning on tumbling, so I can't review that.

Their quartz are amazing but their Labradorite is horrible. I bought them to make pendants and I cant. It just looks like a grey rock. I cant even sell them for $1.00 because they look horrible. Very disappointed. No one will know its Labradorite by the way it looks...

Beautiful stones, nice flash

Very bad quality, very misleading photo !!!!!!!! I received about 10 stones, with 2 very small stones (about the size if a dime) that did have blue flash, but none of the stones had rainbow or pink, and the rest of the stones are just a dark grey, nothing special and no blue even under water with lots of light.. The 2 very small ones are pretty, but are too small for the rock tumbler that I purchased these for.

For right now I'm only going to give this product two stars , because I have to really look for any flash of color , other companies that I have gotten labradorite from the flash of color is very bright and easy to see , maybe it's because of the color of the flash being yellow and not blue but I have gotten labradorite with the yellow flash that was really nice , I will see how it looks after I tumble them or shape them I know that the flash is caused by the angle of light hitting it so I will change the review if they improve

The wonderful folks at Kalifano reached out to me and went so very far and above anything I could have ever expected to make me happy with my purchase. They are the best, and I don’t know if I can ever order from anyone else. They have made me a customer for life! I was so excited to receive my order of Laboradite. I had ordered stones from Kalifano before, and have always been more than happy. My Laboradite came, I was pleased with the stones, as far as size and quantity. But there is so little fire. I didn’t get but one that showed fire readily. Two that I can’t find any flash on at all, holding them in any direction, in the sunshine. The rest if you search you can find a tiny bit of flash, on an edge, or one tip of a corner. I do understand that what I ordered was ROUGH stones, but even those should show some flash. I’m disappointed I’m going to try to cut them, and see if I can find some fire in them. I have never done that, but…I’ll see. I probably won’t order Laboradite from this company again. I’m sad!
