I have started religiously using water flosser 4-5 years ago after having braces. GTmedia one is the fourth one after using Foshine, Anbber and Makjuns in order. All of them were under $30. I prefer to get new low-price flosser often instead of paying much and keeping it longer because they all get nasty after a while unless you spent a lot of time cleaning flossers. I am satisfied with a year lifetime considering their price. Foshine was my first one, lasted over a year. I was happy with it. Then tried Anbber which also lasted little over a year with similar performance of Foshine. I was satisfied with performance of both flosser. Then I wanted to try another version and purchased Makjuns which was horrible. Makjuns had very little pressure compared to the previous ones. Makjuns lasted few days after tipping and breaking the tips. Finally, I got GTMedia one because it was similar to the first two with reasonable price. After using it for several months, I am very happy with its performance which similar to my first units. GTmedia flosser has strong water pressure. The strong presure might be uncomfortable for the first time users but the higher pressure is better for cleaning after your gums gets healthy. You can always start with lower setting if the pressure is high for you. Gtmedia flosser has two new features compared to Foshine and Anbber, weight on tube and attached cap for charging port. It meets my expectations.

Great for what you pay.Great that it has variety of tips.It was leaking water when using at first. Notified seller, they immediately wrote me back to try redoing how I inserted tip. Seems to be fine since. Dont waste money on morw expensive ones. This one works as strong as is safe. ... I try to use it to wash my teeth after a meal, refill, do again, just swallowing, until taste of meal is gone. And then start brushing, flossing and mouth wash. My teeth are the best they been in years. This started that.

I love this water flosser. It is easy to fill and use. We have one for travel that we keep in the car and one at the home sink. I have given one to each of our three adult children. It holds plenty of water, the pressure adjustments are as needed, fits in my hand, easy to use leaning over the sink, it holds its charge for many days, and the two minute run time is plenty. It charges in the car or at home with 12vt adapter not supplied.I use warm water filling through the hole in the side and use it before brushing. My routine is with the unit in my right hand to do the outside of upper and lower on the right side of my mouth and move to the inside of the left. Then I switch the unit to my left hand and do the outside of the left upper and lower before moving to the inside of the right upper and lower. Then I give a little focus on the front teeth. I empty out the unused water each time. A routine helps me know I used it everywhere.I am on my second one in the house which gets used twice a day by two people. It eventually slowed down and didn't pump enough water. The company asked if I had been cleaning it. I had not. They said to run vinegar through it once in a while. That made since, so I do with the new one they sent. It should talk about cleaning the unit in the instructions. It does come with a one year warenty.

I was skeptical when i purchased this, however, I feel it works just as well as the more expensive versions. I don't believe you need to spend more money when the basic mechanics of this type of product are all the same. It's a powerful water pump. Don't hesitate to buy this version at this price point. It even has different levels of power if you really want to get into your gum area.
