Well made and works well. Husband prefers firm veg not mushy so it’s ideal ,keeps the flavour.I have no complaints, pleased I bought.

I have had many steamers throughout the years, but this has been by far the best. The baskets are excellent quality, a good size and the steamer cooks food perfectly. It is dishwasher safe, however, it's just as easy to hand wash the baskets as they come out of the dishwasher with droplets of water on them and still need drying, plus the baskets take up a lot of room in the dishwasher.

Great product big enough for 2/3 people

My old Tower steamer began to leak from the bottom and I needed to replace it immediately as we rely heavily on this throughout the week. The Emperial arrived well packaged and was easy to assemble. It has a quality feel about it and the baskets were not made of the brittle plastic which snaps or cracks easily when handling which made them much easier to clean. I also liked the fact that there is a drip tray to collect vegetable water which I use to flavour my gravy, and a window to see when water is running dry. Food cooks well and timer is accurate. A great improvement on the Tower!

My oven was out of use for a few days so bought this to do veg in. I ended up cooking full meals in it. Very good steamer. Very smart looking too. It is quite big so you could easy make meals for a family in it.

overall good,didnt like that the layers had to fit one sertain place instead of multiple.

I love this steamer .My last steamer the baskets broke they had a lip on which broke ,this steamer is great the baskets are stackable for easy storage also bottom is attached so easy for serving and don’t come apart would highly recommend.
